- You may have the right if you have lost a loved one to an on-the-job accident, as a dependent, you may be entitled to Workers’ Compensation benefits that would include loss of support and money for funeral expenses.
- You may have the right to bring a negligent action against any party other than your employer whose negligence caused your injury. This action may be brought in addition to your claim for Workers’ Compensation Benefits.
- You may have the right to qualify for a supplemental payment from SSDI while receiving workers’ compensation benefits.
